For 20 years, Aaron has worked as a Post Producer, hired directly by productions to oversee the post process from the inside. Collaborating with directors, producers, cinematographers, studios, and networks, he has navigated post-production across facilities of all sizes, gaining firsthand insight into what works—and what doesn’t.
After years of working within an industry that didn’t always meet their standards, Luke and Aaron set out to redefine the post-production experience. Lightwave was built on transparency, organization, and a true respect for the creative process. Their goal was to eliminate the common roadblocks—no nickel-and-diming, no surprises—just a seamless workflow, great food, and a calm, welcoming environment for every project.
